Description

在路上 ...

Edit 15/02/2012 : I recoloured it. I only used a black marker because always in the scanned of the drawing it loses its intesity. Now the details look better.

:bulletred: The chinese and spanish title means "On the way..."
It is 100% set in traditional style, with no added effects on the pc. Material: common pencil and charcoal. The picture quality and detail lost in the scan, sorry ^^U

:bulletblue:El titulo chino tambien significa "En el camino..."
Es 100% creado al estilo tradicional, sin efectos sumados en el pc. Material : lápiz común y carboncillo. El dibujo perdió calidad y detalles en el escaneo, lo siento^^U

I really like this piece  I love to do traditional art, I should do more ù.u

The attention to detail on this piece is astounding. The use of various shades of charcoal add depth to the picture and make it look more real. The detailing to the clothes, especially the woman's, is impeccable and I love how the backround gets lighter the further in the distance it is while still maintaining detail. The hair is shaded beautifully and flows very realistically in the water.

Wonderful perspective. The facial expressions are excellent and make me want to know more about the characters. I absolutely love how you have done the young samurai. The folds in his sleeves are perfectly done, and I am absolutely blown away by the arm draping over his knee. Very, very well done, especially since arms and hands are THE hardest parts to draw. Absolutely amazing.

The rays of light are also very well done, they look simply magical. You are truly talented with charcoal (not an easy medium to use <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt=";)" title=";) (Wink)"/>. )

I don't think there is anything to mention as far as improvements, I don't think this could have been done any better! (^_−)−☆. Well done

Would very much like to see it in colour (^з^)-☆
